Gen Kimura is a nationally recognized immigration law attorney practicing business and family immigration since 2008. Mr. Kimura has practiced exclusively immigration and nationality law and is licensed in the states of Texas. Mr. Kimura is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) He is rated by AVVO as an excellent attorney.

 

Mr. Kimura earned his J.D. degree in 2007 from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis and LLM from Indiana University Bloomington, School of Law.

 

Mr. Kimura practices in all areas of immigration law, including employment, family, and removal defense. He has represented a wide range of clients, from international businesses to individuals and investors, before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, and Immigration Courts.
